    Description
    Job SummaryOur client is looking for a tech enthusiast to be part of the team to manage the infrastructure migration to cloud services.

    Mandatory Skill-set
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field;
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Cloud Infrastructure, preferably in Azure;
    • Robust experience in maintaining and operating enterprise IT infrastructure;
    • Comprehensive understanding of both on-premises and cloud infrastructure components including compute, storage, network, security, data, backup, and applications;
    • Experience in managing cloud environments spanning Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS);
    • Self motivated with passion in learning new technologies;
    • Good interpersonal and communication abilities;
    • Demonstrate technical enthusiasm;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Desired Skill-set
    • Certified Microsoft Azure Administrator.
    Responsibilities
    • Maintain both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, ensuring their smooth operation;
    • Plan, design, and implement hardware refactoring and software upgrades to maintain their suitability and effectiveness for intended use;
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patching, reconfiguration, and other necessary upkeep activities;
    • Monitor the health of both on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure, addressing any abnormalities promptly;
    • Oversee the management of software licenses and intellectual property assets, ensuring suitability and compliance;
    • Administer the cloud environment across platforms like Azure, managing various environments such as production, staging, QA, DR, and development round the clock;
    • Handle cloud services and features to meet business needs efficiently, optimizing both cost and performance, and automating repetitive processes when feasible;
    • Ensure adherence to standard best practices and compliance with IT policies, data resilience, and cybersecurity requirements in the client's cloud environment;
    • Assess the suitability of emerging cloud technologies and recommend their adoption where relevant.
