Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description & Requirements
Accounts and HR Management:
Responsible for the accounts and HR functions of the Company including but not limited to issue resolution/crisis management, business continuity planning
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and processes; maintains office effectiveness by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, tenancy agreement and renewal, and maintenance
Oversee facility management matters such as fixed asset inventories, workers' dormitory, building and office access card, office renovation and move, etc
Finance/Administration:
Oversee full spectrum of Finance and Administration functions
Full sets of accounts.
Liaise with suppliers, owners, and main contractors for company matters and related issues.
Any other Admin, HR and Finance Ad-hoc duties assigned
