Job Brief
We are looking for finance executives that are driven and motivated to support our rapidly expanding sales operations. You will play a key role in supporting the finance department. You can expect on-the-job training with guidance from the Finance Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
- Prepare balance sheets and process invoices
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for bookkeeping
- Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.
- Reporting discrepancies.
Job Requirements
- O Level and above in accounting and related fields
- 1 year of relevant working experience is a bonus; driven fresh graduates will be considered
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and accounting software
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Able to work under pressure during peak periods
- Pleasant personality with good work ethics
