Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for projects management, planning and design works

· Meeting clients & services providers on scope of service and conduct field surveys

· Handling project evaluation, budgets, documentation, technical specification and coordination

· Conduct analysis and selection of systems; evaluate project budgets

· Complete design documents & technical specifications

· Work coordination with other disciplinary teams as well as coaching and leading junior staff

· Responsible for making e-Submission to authorities for utilities services and related building regulatory submissions

Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering accredited by Professional Engineer Board, Singapore.

· Minimum 8 years of experience in the industry, preferably in consultancy firm

· Able to work independently with minimal supervision
