We are looking for part-time
Retail Design & Project Executive with eye for detail and ability to achieve design objectives and meet project timelines.

Working Days: Monday
Friday

Working Hours: 5 to 6 Hours (Start and end time TBC)

Remuneration: Up to $22 per hour

Responsibilities:

Perform Site Survey and ensure accurate site measurements for new/refit stores
Attend fitout briefing conducted by mall management to understand building guidelines and requirements
Design store layout options based on the store requirements and management guidelines
Create effective store space utilization, conduct space feasibility studies and provide space planning recommendation for store portfolio
Prepare and submit all necessary architectural and M&E drawings and documentation to mall management and statutory authorities
Capex monitoring including checking of invoices
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
Proper record keeping of all drawings and documentation, including authority approvals
Liaise with contractors on renovation works when necessary
Any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

Diploma in Design and Building Management or Architecture
At least 3 years' experience in interior design and construction in retail, with strong fittingout project management skills
Excellent working knowledge on technical details and drawings with proficiency in AutoCad; Adobe/Photoshop/3D Max/Sketch Up will be an added advantage
Solid technical background with handson experience in store development and knowledge of building guidelines and requirements
Must be meticulous and able to work independently and in a team in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
