Description
Manage full sets of accounts for the Group of companies

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
  • Perform month end closing activities, such as preparation of audit schedules and bank reconciliation
  • Support annual budget and quarterly forecast
  • Perform costing and variance analysis
  • Prepare Cashflow statement
  • Prepare corporate tax computation
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission
  • Provide support to external and internal audit matters
  • Oversee debt collection and credit control
  • Oversee finance assistants based overseas
  • Assist with System Migration from MYOB to XERO
  • Assist with matters related to related company based in Malaysia
  • Provide coverage duties whenever needed
  • All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and Management

Requirements:


  • Have a sound knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards ("SFRS") and International Financial Reporting Standards ("IFRS")
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Meticulous and has eye for details
  • Knowledge in MYOB and XERO system will be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
