Description

Our Client is an IT MNC Company, the role of an IT Security/Network Specialist is to be responsible for the IT security support and configuration of company and group companies, and day-to-day technical support of chatbot operations, have a strong understanding of our in-house tools and act as key support to clients and internal teams in the APAC region with a strong knowledge of IT system.

【What will you be working on】

Configure security settings of the company's IT infrastructure
Update the latest vulnerabilities and take any action if necessary
Work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations while ensuring the security
Manage and analyze logs
Monitor and maintain system metrics dashboard and alerts
Provide training to colleagues, update company documentation of our IT infrastructure
Work along with the Tech team in HQ
