Job Overview:
Managing and leading a small vital Cybersecurity focused software development team. Including Market strategy and research. Technical client servicing.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee and participate in the software development cycle.
- Manage a team of cybersecurity engineers in their day to day.
- Conduct market research and advise on market strategies.
- Consult with clients on future needs and wants.
- Maintaining and improving multiple large codebases.
- Creating threat models for Internal and Customer Systems.
- Curation of Technical and Business oriented networks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Rustlang.
- Bachelor's degree in IT Security or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Application security. Such as Exploit Development or Vulnerability Research.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in management.
- Knowledgeable about common corporate Threat models.
- Strong passion for Business strategy.
- Preferably fluency in either French, German or Spanish at C1 level or higher.
