About the opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive (AR) to join our dynamic finance team.

As an integral part of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial operations.

You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and finance tasks, including reconciling official receipts, tax invoices, credit notes, and bank receipts.

You will also be responsible for billing inter-company recoverable, following up on outstanding receivables, and closing and maintaining full sets of accounts for one subsidiary.

Your key responsibilities

Daily sales and receipts administration and accounting
Financial reporting and management reporting
Maintenance of the fixed asset register
Billing for intercompany recoverable
Timely and accurate reconciliation of daily sales and receipts
Monthly financial close and submission of landlord reporting
Minimizing lapses in financial operations
Conducting full fixed asset count and tagging
Continuously focus on personal and professional development
Diploma or ACCA Level
At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Meticulous and accurate with an eye for details
Proactive approach to problemsolving and decision making
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of integrity and accountability
Strong working knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
Superb time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment
