    Job Description

    • Ensure timely response to sales RFQ
    • Partner with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering and Factory Finance team to understand the scope of RFQ, requirements and business opportunity
    • Responsible for providing price guidelines, insights and direction on Factories' capabilities and capacity to Sales to respond to customers' RFQ
    • Coordinate with Factory Finance and engineering team to understand the COGS, Technical capability, toolings and/or new capex requirements and process capability to support the RFQ
    • Scope up capex requirements for new business opportunities and present business proposal to management for endorsement
    • Develop and maintain pricing book for standard packages to achieve quick RFQ turnaround time to customers
    • Feedback market price to Factory Operations and Finance team to drive strategic cost improvement projects to remain price and cost competitive
    • Track and report RFQ status, provide pipeline visibility to management team and factories
    • If the incumbent has good experience in back-end packaging/assembly process and materials, may need to provide technical guidance to pricing team

    Requirement

    • Degree in Finance / Engineering
    • At least 5 years in the semiconductor industry
    • The candidate should have knowledge and experience in semiconductor wafer test and final test process and operation. Knowledge and experience in Assembly packaging will be a plus
    • Exposure to Sales & Business Development will be a plus
    • Attention to details is critical as we only get one chance to provide the 'right' price
    • Comfortable to work with numbers in detailed manner
    • Experience and/or willingness to work closely with a cross functional team
    • Be able to manage people by influence.
    • Comfortable with hands-on approach to getting the job done as necessary
