Responsibilities:


  • Manage and resolve software or hardware problems faced by client promptly.
  • Carry out inhouse product testing, quality checking of new/existing products.
  • Provide software training to Clients after Project installation.
  • Identify, propose & procure products that will improve company's product efficiency.
  • Any other Adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Possess Degree or Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Possess Class 2/3 Driving License will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years IT Network working experience. Knowledge in CCTV, Biometric Access System is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision in a fast paced performance oriented environment
