Job Title: Design Architect (Design & Architecture)

Location: Jurong East, Singapore

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform conceptual ideas into stunning architectural realities. As a Design Architect, you will play a key role in all phases of the design process, from initial concept development to construction documentation. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and fellow team members to deliver innovative and inspiring architectural solutions that align with our clients' vision and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Involve in business development meetings and networking sessions.

· Lead the design process from concept development through to construction documentation.

· Create innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs that reflect the unique vision along with the ability to align with clients' requirements.

· Develop detailed architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using industry-standard software.

· Collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and consultants to ensure every design objectives are met, completion within project timelines and budget.

· Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction progress meets design intent and quality standards.

· Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.

· Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution, registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore

· Minimum of 5 years of experience working in an architectural firm, with a focus on high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, V-ray SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software will be advantageous

· Strong design sensibility and ability to develop innovative and compelling design concepts.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

· Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is a plus.

· Professional licensure or eligibility to become licensed is preferred.

· Working rights required for this role.

· Preferably able to start work immediately.
