OverviewThis position reports to Director/Manager. The Operation Executive plays a critical role in ensuring the successful operation and management of our pub/lounge.
This position is responsible for overseeing various aspects of the establishment, including staff management, customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
**Job Descriptions- Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
- Create and maintain staff schedules.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the pub/lounge runs smoothly.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage the cashier function, handle cash transactions, and maintain cash registers.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash funds, ensuring accuracy and accountability."
