HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Commercial Projects Support

Support Commercial Experience Manager on various projects, such as Boutique flows improvement & new digital solutions (project organization and followup, competitive review)
Manage publication and followup on internal communication digital tool
Provide support in various Maison activities e.g., Boutique popup, popin, openings
Support in implementing Boutique action plans

Operations Support

Support Commercial Operations Coordinator on daily operations of all Boutiques
Support with updating and implementing policy & procedure guidelines
Manage uniform procedures for the region (order approval, buffer stock management, budget tracker)
Support onboarding of new hires including uniform coordination and timely access to all Maison systems
Boutique budget followup with suppliers
Support Boutique Teams on shopfloor during high peak seasons

Boutique Non-Stock Orders

Place monthly Boutique orders
Support with creating and implementing new process to streamline communication and improve ordering process

Admin Support

Support Boutique Teams with various daily tasks
Assist with SAP Vendor and PO creations pertaining to boutique operations
Plan, attend and minute all Retail meetings
Create newsletter

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of experience in retail management or equivalent
Experience in working in multicultural environments with multiple and diverse management stakeholders
You are an expert in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and proficiency in Reporting tools
You are known for your strong communication skills, clientoriented, teamplayer, structure and organized.
You demonstrate analytical skills and is strives in working with data & database universe

After being shortlisted, you will meet with Cartier's HR Manager and Commercial Operations Manager to assess your fit to this role and to give you a preview as well an overview of the team dynamics and company culture.
You will also meet with Cartier's Commercial Director
