Responsibilities:


  • Serving the walkin customer and Achieving Sales Target set by manager
  • Advocate on Store Promotions to maintain acquisition and retention of customers
  • Ensure close coordination with customers to meet customer's requirements
  • Provide professional advice to assist customers with their products concern
  • Assist to resolve issues when arises, feedbacks of orders, return & exchange, etc
  • Ensuring each client receives high quality customer service
  • Represent company in areas of public relations like trade shows, parades, IT shows, Corporate Event
  • Identifying market trends to better serve client
  • Acquisition of all the B2B customers in the O2O store

Job Requirement:


  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent customer service, Planning and Good oral and communication skills
  • Willing to work in a team environment
  • Able to work under fun and pressure environment
  • Willing to work in Retail Hours and Environment
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-Motivated with a resultsdriven approach
