Description

Supply Chain Planner
Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, responsible for analyzing regional demand requirements provided and converting the data into executable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for regional inventory management, demand and supply activities for products handled.
Demand planning for all shipment from contract manufacturer.
Work closely with regional sales team and convert sales data to executable plan.
Liaise with contract manufacturer to arrange production and shipment plan.
Monitor and maintain stock balance to ensure healthy inventory level.
Handle order arrangement, feedback and resolve issues.
Timely data consolidation, analysis and weekly and monthly reporting.
Establish strong relationships internally and externally to achieve efficiency of the supply chain.
Work closely with warehouse and customer service to ensure target order fill rates are being met for daily customer orders.
Coordinate any Warehouse/logistics arrangement.
Backup on L/C shipment
Any adhoc activities assigned.
