Our client is a global professional services company with businesses across the real estate, hospitality, retail and investment sectors. Headquartered in Singapore, they operate businesses across APAC and Europe and continue to expand their success across the Southeast Asia region.

The role of the Talent Acquisition Partner will take on a leadership role whilst managing a team of recruiters to drive recruitment strategies across the Asia region. Taking existing processes, you'll aim to reshape and regionalize certain processes and systems whilst enforcing capabilities across the team and expand into emerging markets across Southeast Asia. You'll also be at the forefront of developing the early careers recruiting space as well as establishing a robust internal mobility programme and talent succession planning.

In addition, you'll manage the end-to-end leadership and executive hiring and be comfortable taking on a strategic role that requires you to be hands-on whilst also having a familiarity and excellent understanding of recruitment processes.

The suitable individual should ideally have previous team leadership experience and exposure to executive hiring across Asia. You'll have recruiting experience across sizeable companies with demonstrated experience managing recruitment projects and transformation exercises. Being part of a fast-paced and evolving environment, you'll be someone who has an aptitude to grow, with an innovative and self-starter mindset and the ability to manage leadership and stakeholders with confidence.
