Roles & Responsibilities

Regional Logistics Analyst, Distribution Network & Warehousing

Our client is a foreign-based MNC in the Chemical industry.

Job Description:

•Ensure 3PL service providers fulfil KPIs

•Close coordination with 3PL service providers in ensuring performance based on established KPIs as well as operating guidelines and to pursue continuous improvement projects with them together with business units with the intention of streamlining operations and optimizing costs

•Responsible in ensuring 3PL regulatory compliance

•Liaise with government regulatory agencies with regards to statutory requirements and regulations

•Manage 3PL service provider compliance to Transport Distribution Safety guidelines and facilitate Road Safety as well as Warehouse Safety audits with all modes of transport and storage

•Perform audit and random checks at 3PL to ensure adherence of agreed work instructions and business rules

•Support logistics procurement activities

Job Requirements:

•Degree in any relevant discipline

•3 to 5 years of experience in Logistics operations such as Warehousing and Distribution management

•Experience in Dangerous Goods handling is a must

•Salary ranges between S$4,000 to S$5,000 per month
