With a progressive leadership team and aggressive growth plans, there is a need for a Regional Finance Director to lead the Asia Pacific finance team.

Job DescriptionReporting to the Global Head of Finance and Regional Head of Business, you will:
Lead the financial direction of the team across Controllership, Tax and Treasury functions.
Drive strategic financial budgeting, forecasting, and reporting and analytical review to support business development.
Spearhead initiatives to drive and improve timely reporting, financial controls and corporate governance.

Act as a key business partner with commercial and operational stakeholders in driving profitability improvements and productivity enhancementResponsible to drive all tax affairs and corporate compliance with regulations.

Streamline and drive process improvements as well as automation projects.
The Successful ApplicantDegree in Accounting/Finance with over 15 years' post-graduation experience.
Strong foundation gained with a professional accounting firm eg.

Big 4 audit prior to commercial experience with high growth and volume sectorsProven experience as a strategic and strong business partner with a diverse group of stakeholders globallyExperience leading sizable teams and demonstrated track record with international stakeholder managementGood understanding of complex businesses and ability to influence internal/ external stakeholders.
