Job summary
Reporting directly to the Director of HR Operations for APAC,the HR Analytics Manager will establish and execute the overall strategy,policies and infrastructure to support the organization in exponential growth.- The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree and brings at least 7 years of experience in HR data and reporting within a global HCM environment.
- You should demonstrate strong ownership of data governance,a process-driven mindset,analytical capability,and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
