The Business Analyst will support the design, implementation, tracking and change management of strategic initiatives in IBG Group COO Office.

Job Duties & Responsibilities (List the principal duties of the incumbent.

  • Support the implementation Change Management program and Communications Strategy to create a strong and clear narrative of IBG MtJ (Managing through Journeys).
  • Prepare presentation decks to clearly illustrate the asis/tobe, problem statement, solutions, and benefits of the strategic initiatives that the team is running.
  • Organise and run the monthly IBG MtJ Council and workshops with senior stakeholders
  • Collate, measure, and analyse feedback, identify opportunities for improvement in business process and operating model.
  • Perform Program Governance, track progress and outcomes.
Required Experience (indicate nature and extent of work experience including number of years required, if applicable)


  • Experience in supporting business process development or change.
  • Ability to connect-the-dots, translate ideas and concepts into story-telling presentation slides.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Project management skills, including good minute taking skills.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with IBG business processer or operating models, is a plus.
