Key Responsibilities:

• Contract analysis and legal research
• Managing document reviews and drafting summaries of such review
• Assisting with, preparing for and attending witness and expert meetings
• Hearing attendance and preparations, including drafting opening/closing statement presentations and preparing witness examinations
• Liaising with client representatives to obtain documents, information and input on draft work product
• Drafting correspondence
• Assisting with Business Development activities, including market research and preparing client presentations/pitches
