Salary Range:
S$3, S$4,000.00


Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare report for all the site progress, inspection status and others report relate to site.
  • Liaised and Coordinate with all the Site Engineer and consolidate the information and site status.
  • Organized sending inspection schedule to RE/RTO.
  • Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades.
  • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.
  • Coordinate consultant's and subcontractor's/main contractor's engineer for site works.
  • Responsible in the preparation of drawing and safety document for the project team.
  • Documentation and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of design engineering minimum experience working in Main Contractor Building Project.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office skills, Autocad.
  • Meticulous and have good interpersonal & communications skills.
  • Self motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently and as a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
