Description

Our team is in the Education-Technology industry, focusing primarily on the B2B Adult Education market. We are developing a Learning Platform as a Service for both Adult Trainers and Learners.

By integrating Learning Theory, Deep Tech, and Data Security, we will personalize the approach to training to optimize the efficiency and productivity of one's learning journey.

We are searching for a Scrum Master & Business Analyst to plan and manage sprint development and production release, as well as to implement and improve our system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily standups
Coach team members in Agile frameworks
Develop and run roadmaps and sprints to manage traffic for multiple projects at once
Manage Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Assist the teams to implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems and features
Validate changes by testing programs
Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
Coordinate analysis, monitor progress and resolve issues on all system upgrades and changes.
Work closely with other cross functional team to ensure timely project deliverables.
Examine and evaluate current systems
Identify and escalate delivery risks and work closely with development team to bring issues to resolution.
Liaise with business users to collect and prioritize requirements and be Point of Contact (POC) for all business requirements
Clearly communicate project status to clients and management
Contribute to highlevel strategic decisions with the management team

Skills & Experience

Must be a Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Experience in business analytics work
Proven analytical background
Degree qualified in I.T. or related field
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
Proficiency in reading and writing SQL queries
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight timeline

Salary:
$7, $10,000.00 per month
