Reporting to the Head of the General Accounting & Finance Department, the core responsibility of the GAF Team is to provide a high quality of accounting and treasury services for MR Branches in the region by maintaining accounting data quality, ensuring smooth daily cash operations, efficient liquidity management and tax compliance.

Your Job_**- Manage and maintain up to date and accurate records receivables and payables arising from business transactions with assigned clients / vendors / customers including invoice & payments processing.

Monitor and control the reconciliation of GL accounts and bank accounts as assigned and follow up outstanding items.
Maintaining daily cashflow and conducting bank reconciliations.
Supporting the preparation of management expenses.
Preparing proper documentation for routine OPEX payment processes.
Support monthly / quarterly/ year end financial closing activities.
Support the preparation of the financial, statutory, taxation and other internal/external reporting.
Maintaining accurate and uptodate records of financial, management, and cost accounting in the relevant line of action.
Effective collaboration and coordination with business section to support quality assurance process.
Support the coordination of financial audits and other external/internal audit reviews.
Support in the roll out of accounting projects e.g. RBC.
Other adhoc tasks as required.

Your Profile

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
Strong interpersonal skills, good teamwork and collaboration skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
Experience with SAP accounting system is a plus
Experience/interest in data analytics is a plus
2 years accounting/finance experience in the financial services industry preferred
