Assist Finance Manager/Finance Manager in handling:
Responsibilities
- Handling Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
- Prepare monthly financial reports for management reporting
- Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
- Assist in monthly closing and GST report submission
- Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings
- Liaise with external/internal auditors and tax agents as required
- Adhere to accounting and financial procedures, systems and compliance with accounting standards and financial policies
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or professional certificates
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of driving change across the organization
- Detailoriented, organized, and handson with a keen eye for accuracy
- A proactive team player with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities, capable of taking initiative with mínimal supervision
- Proficient in SAP on Finance module is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office suite
