Job Descriptions

• Work as a member of the Kith team to perform duties including order taking, serving, clearing of finished plates/dishes/cups/glasses, general cleaning and handle cashiering duties
• Up-sell menu items and daily specials
• Proactively offer information and alternatives to help customers and take the initiative to ensure that all menu offerings are in stock, check on customers' order and provide recommendations for food/beverage menu
• Responsible for keeping café area/side station clean, neat, well stocked and organised
• Familiar with performing opening/closing shift duties without supervision
• Familiar with POS system and ensuring orders are entered accurately
• Maintain positive customer service
• Undertake other assignments and/or ad hoc duties as and when required
• Report to the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager
