We are collaborating with a cutting-edge FinTech startup that is transforming B2B payments through an all-in-one checkout solution.

Their vision revolves around providing flexible payment choices that streamline purchasing, foster growth, and create a significant difference in the industry.

They are now looking for a Senior Backend Engineer, someone with experience in Go.

As part of the founding engineering team, you will work closely with founders & CTO to build a scalable start-up from ground up.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the brainstorming, technical planning, execution, and testing of product features.
Develop highquality software following sound architectural and scalable design principles.
Collaborate closely with product, data, and design teams to shape the future of the business standard.
Exhibit strong mentoring abilities, providing technical guidance and conducting code reviews.
Establish and cultivate a tech team from scratch, including hiring, training, and fostering growth.

Requirements:

Proficient in Golang or JavaScript.
Display significant expertise in leading the design and implementation of robust and highly scalable backend infrastructure and web services.
Adapt effectively to a fastpaced, technically complex environment, remaining flexible and adaptable.
Prior experience in startups is preferred but not mandatory.
Possess effective people management skills, always striving to hire the best talents.
