Description

The Customer Service Executive acts as a liaison for the company, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that a customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.


This position will get opportunities to hone skills through hands-on assignments across different aspects of the business such as Business Development, Customer Success, Operations & Logistics.


Responsibilities include:

  • Manage facetoface / social media / phone enquiries in a timely and highfunctioning manner. This can extend to both corporate and noncorporate clients relating to bespoke and nonbespoke orders and workshops.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Offer and provide professional guidance to clients by recommending products based on requirements, timeline, stock availability and budget.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Engagement of customers who tag us on social media by thanking them & reposting on IGS.
  • Administrative support for orders. To work closely with other internal colleagues to ensure operational aspects are effectively planned and efficiently executed to meet client's expectations.
  • Generate monthly sales reports from retail, corporate, webstore and other sales platforms.
  • Generate monthly footfall and customer acquisition / customer conversion reports
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication. Lower cost of Customer Acquisition and increase customer lifetime value (LTV) by developing such longstanding &successful relationships with clients.
  • Assist in planning, organising and controlling of all order operational functions.
