Associate Executive, Environmental Services (Linen):

Posting Date: 3 Feb 2024You will manage the day-to-day linen operations of the Hospital by supervising a team of linen attendants, managing the Department's administrative functions and troubleshooting any issues raised in daily operations.

In addition, you will ensure adherence to the Hospital's and the Department's standards, practices and procedures.


Requirements:


  • Diploma with at least 2 years' work experience.
  • Good computer literacy; like Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Familiar with Linen operation in similar industry.
  • Able to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work. assignments and foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good at problem solving and improving work procedures.
