Responsibilities:


  • Lead test and verification of energy storage system, covering function/performance test, function safety test, EMC test, reliability, environment test.
  • Develop test plan/protocol, manage test, root cause analysis and solution creation during product lifecycle to ensure effective defect prevention.
  • Comply with international standards to ensure the reliability of the testing process.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical and electronics engineering or related.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical test on BESS, UPS, power grid, power electronics products, especially in containerized ESS, solar energy, high voltage power conversions.
  • Hands on experience in Chroma and other related test equipment.
  • Solid engineering fundamentals on battery, BCP, BMS, EMS, PCS, electrical power system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Being a good team player.

Preferably:


  • Familiarity with MATLAB Simulink.
