This is low salary, high incentive opportunity. Looking for high eneregtic, passionate person with an interest to build relationships and acquire customers.
Incentives could go upto 35% on net proceedings based on the base package.
Job Summary:
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies and plans to meet sales goals.
- Utilize web and social media marketing tools to optimize customer acquisition.
- Monitor customer acquisition trends and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns.
- Develop customer segmentation strategies to identify and prioritize prospects.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to increase customer loyalty.
- Monitor customer acquisition costs and develop strategies to reduce costs.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum three years of customer acquisition or related experience.
- Proven success in developing customer acquisition strategies and plans.
- Knowledge of web and social media marketing tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
