    Manager, IS&T (IT Project Management) (Based in Singapore)

    Employment Type: Permanent Location: Singapore

    The Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects in various areas. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the project from start to successful completion.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules and budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, to the expected quality and comply with the regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Manage the internal and external project resources.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress and any changes to the plan.
  • Oversea the testing and deployment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after deployment.
  • Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the stakeholders and users.
  • Lead, mentor and/or coach other PMs.
  • Projects monitoring and reporting.
  • Summarize and report overall program status progress.
  • Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/program on time, within the scope and on budget.
  • Provide strategic recommendation to enhance the success of program/projects.
  • Assist with project proposal, charter and other project related activities.

    • Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience, with a focus on various kind of projects, e.g. Infrastructure, Business Applications, SAP.
  • Exceptional skills in time, cost, and quality management.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Good Budget management skills.
  • Possess a high level of independence, initiative, accountability, cultural sensitivity, endurance and adaptability, demonstrates excellent leadership to drive projects and is a team player.
  • Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Project Management certification would be advantageous.
