Responsibilities

• To accomplish sales objective established by management
• Represent the company and be acknowledged as an expert in the automotive industry.
• Be a hunter to discover opportunities from the automotive industry and prospective client for expansion.
• Preserve and manage excellent customer relationship while comprehending customer needs and delivers value.
• Serve as an exemplar who embraces company vision, mission and values, with emphasis on personal responsibility, business acumen and disciplined execution
• Ensure there is constant communication to the leadership team on current trends, issues, problems and activities to facilitate product making and/or strategy development
• Communicate effectively with dealers and customers on the terms and conditions to ensure accountability for timely payments.

Requirements:

• Experience with cranes, construction equipment, heavy machinery sales is preferred.
• Ideally with technical / engineering background
• Must have class 3 Driving LIcense with own vehicle
• As this job will train up the candidate during the probation period, candidate must be comfortable with 5.5 days working during probation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive work attitude and ability to work independently or in a team environment
