Performing all IT activities and duties in the Steering and Transformation area of responsibility in accordance with all relevant legal requirements, SOPs, guidelines, rules of procedure, bylaws and compliance rules
Full responsibility for all services, employees and costs within APAC IT Steering and Transformation
Support Regional APAC CIO and Global SVP IT&D Steering & Transformation in defining and transforming the strategy into the day to day decision
Adopt global IT Strategy and calibrate with local strategy as part of APAC IT Leadership and Global IT Steering and Transformation Leadership group
Transform APAC IT Steering and Transformation according to the Global and APAC IT&D Strategy
Executes legal/formal aspects for disciplinary line within APAC IT Steering and Transformation
Takes ownership for all services related to APAC IT Steering and Transformation and Global IT Steering and Transformation
Plans & monitors all costs related to APAC IT Steering and Transformation
Responsible for the development and management of APAC IT Steering and Transformation team, both in the regional office and countries.
Works with IT business partners to understand and anticipate business needs
Provides highquality services at optimal cost to customers, internal and external
Manages improvement processes that impact customer satisfaction, IT Efficiency and IT Effectiveness within APAC IT Steering and Transformation
Anticipating and analyzing trends in technology, assessing the impact of emerging technologies on the business and services
Implementation of strategic IT Steering and Transformation portfolio and global processes & standards
Plans and manages the change by using change management tools, processes and techniques
Identifies the roles, skills and knowledge required
Establishes measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with IT Steering and Transformation goals
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or relevant fields
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Leadership position
Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT industry (incl. personal management of largescale project)
