- Manage and process eCommerce, e-marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee etc) and online accounts orders and check payment to process orders for delivery
- Handle and attend customers' enquiries, feedback and complaints from online channel / e-marketplaces, developing solutions and making recommendations to management/ customers.
- Work closely with marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, online marketing and others as required.
- Provide monthly and weekly updates to management regarding sales and performance of accounts.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance to the procedures for all acquisitions and renewals
- Any other duties as and when assigned
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in F&B.
- Diploma or Degree in a Business-related field
- Good communication skills and meticulous
- Self-starter with the willingness to take up new responsibility required by the management
- Able to work well individually and with a group
