**Job Description:

CCA Training:
Conduct structured and comprehensive coding programmes teaching different functions.

These programmes should cover but are not limited to:

For coding:
Scratch, Swift Playgrounds, Micro:bit & Makecode Arcade

For app development:
Thunkable & GameSalad

For 3D printing & Graphics:
Thinkercad, Sketchup & Inkscape

Conduct structured and comprehensive computing programmes teaching different functions.

Personalised Learning Device Programme (Learning with iPad)
LMS (Learning Management System), includes functions like Student Learning Space, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Apple Classroom
Edtech (gamification, AR & VR)

AV System & Photography:
Assist Info-Comm Club teacher IC's in student's AV training

Assist in maintaining the school's PA system

Assist in setting up video production and live streaming through OBS and Final Cut Pro

Encourage the use of Recording Studio among the students and monitor it

MakerSpace:
Conduct and organise MakerSpace workshops

Assist students with the use of equipment in the Makerspace

Others:
Any other ad hoc tasks required by the ICT HOD, SH ICT, ICT Manager & principals

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification:
ITE/Diploma holder in an IT-related field

2 years of experience in designing and conducting coding/makerspace workshops

2 years of experience in training students to operate AV systems

Digital literacy knowledge and skills required but not limited to:
Apple hardware and IOS software

Edtech tools

Operating an AV system

OBS software and Final Cut Pro

MakerSpace Tools

Working hours:
Monday-Thursday (8am-5pm), Friday (8am-4:30pm)
