    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resource cum Admin Assistant to join our team at ASA. You will provide crucial support to our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our daily business activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    . Assist in processing monthly payroll including computation of Overtime and Allowances.

    . Assist in processing monthly cash claims.

    . Assist in booking of training courses for workers and disbursement of essentials like PPE, safety shoes and Company T-shirts and keeping accurate records of inventory.

    . Perform general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

    . Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed.

    . Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

    . Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    . Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

    . Experience in using InfoTech will be an added advantage.

    . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    . Written and verbal communication skills.

    . Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

    . Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    . Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
