Due to ongoing growth and consistent workflow, the firm is seeking an experienced claims executive to oversee a range of insurance claims on behalf of our clients.

Key responsibilities

Receiving, recording and processing incoming claims (both direct and reinsurance)
Interpreting policies and determining coverage of claims made on insurance policies
Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders such as lawyers, representatives of P&I Clubs, owners, operators, insurers and surveyors on all claimsrelated matters through to settlement and recovery
Handling all correspondence and file administration
Providing stakeholders with information and updates on claims and recovery activities.
A degree or diploma in business, law or related field preferable
Preferably at least 2 years' experience and/or exposure to insurance claims handling and recovery
Proven analytical and numerical abilities
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
English proficiency essential, Mandarin skills desirable.
