MAIN PURPOSE
This position is responsible for end-to-end supply chain management and logistic function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle orders processing and coordinate shipments.
Ensure timely preparation of invoices and shipping documents.
Create orders for Finished Goods, POSM, GWP and other nonsaleable items and process invoices upon order processing from HQ.
Liaise with forwarders and warehouse for incoming shipments as well as sending ASN before shipment arrival.
Managing customer and supplier enquires and handling of exception orders and shipments.
Request and maintain buy/sell (FOB 1 and FOB2) prices.
Notify prices to affiliates and distributors.
Verify freight invoices.
Maintain inventory records and perform monthly reconciliation.
Tracking of orders and shipments.
Provide monthly sales estimation.
Closing and reporting of monthly sales.
Reconciliation of purchase and sales transactions.
Manage and liaise with customers, suppliers, demand planner, warehouse, transport and freight forwarders.
Adhoc supply chain projects assigned by superior.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of full spectrum endtoend supply chain management and logistic experience. Self

- er team player, proactive, motivated and possess good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Able to strive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks whilst achieving deadlines with mínimal supervision.
Strong in coordination and negotiation skills.
Good working knowledge of SAP and shipping documentation requirements.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Small team management experience is a bonus.
