is a Singapore subsidiary of Fortis Construction, Inc., an employee-owned general contractor committed to making an impact—through the built environments we deliver and the relationships we build in the process.

Dedicated to the markets of commercial offices, data centers, healthcare and higher education, we have the resources to provide the highest level of quality for projects ranging from tenant improvements of less than $100,000 to high-tech facilities of more than $1 billion.

You will communicate daily with our trade partners to ensure they provide adequate resources to the modular factory in accordance with the manufacturing plan.

This includes the scheduling and leading of final inspections and clearing of any subsequent punch-list items before the MEP modules are released to our construction site.

In addition, you will work closely with the factory manager to ensure the factory layout plan is optimized to achieve the required manufacturing outputs and all the latest information is available on the factory floor at the correct time.

Updates will be required from you in the daily/weekly production meetings. Finally, you will assist in coordinating deliveries to the construction site with our construction team.

You will need to be a very detailed individual with previous experience working on mechanical systems on data center projects and/or other complex technical projects.
