    Roles & Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate monthly meetings for the consumer banking team, ensuring the agenda is prepared and distributed in advance. Facilitate these meetings effectively and ensure that action items are documented, tracked, and followed up on promptly.
    • Work closely with stakeholders from various countries to synchronize efforts and create synergies within the Martech initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance productivity and drive results.
    • Provide support for all change management efforts undertaken by the consumer banking team, assisting in communication, training, and implementation activities as needed.
    • Maintain the Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) repository, ensuring that all relevant project documentation, updates, and resources are organized and accessible to team members.
    • Keep track of prioritized project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
    • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the PMO function.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in project management or business support roles, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
    • Excellent business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze complex business processes and requirements.
    • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive continuous improvement.
