    About the Role:Twilight Softwares is actively looking for Senior Account Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, passion for sales and a proven track record of success, who take a hands-on approach to building business opportunities.

    Requirements:·

    • Degree in computer Science or Information Technology is must and a additional Marketing degree is an advanatage.
    • Minimum 5 + years of experience in Account Management, solution & consultative selling experience in IT outsourcing services.
    • A strong passion for sales in IT Industry with Proven track record of hunting, developing, negotiating, and closing deals, in the B2B/enterprise sales, achieving or overachieving given sales targets·
    • Prior experience in Managing Accounts in the North American and European territory is must. Somedays need to work out of the normal working hours to support clients time zone.
    • Experience in one or more of the areas is a must: technology (Healthcare, semiconductor telecommunications, mobility etc ), IOT (inventory or building management etc), IT (networks, security, cloud computing etc), software (ERP, Mobile / Web applications etc), systems integrations, IT services or BPO outsourcing.
    • Proactive and self -motivated, focused and goal oriented. should be able to work under minimum supervision.
    • A good hunting mentality and resilience towards rejection.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite of tools·
    • Have high proficiency in English language and good presentation skills.

    Roles & Responsibilities:·

    • Responsible for all the Account management in the global markets.
    • Discover and scope value-creation (or sales) opportunities within the account·
    • Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasions, conducting negotiations, and contracting terms with clients.
    • Business Research to identify potential clients/ lead generation, and take all the required actions to convert the lead· Derive & define sales strategies / plans and work closely with the Management team to maximize the revenue of the organization·
    • Use emails, phone calls, social media, and other channels to reach out to analytics decision makers and generate interest·
    • Maintain an up-to-date Account Plan for each account.·
    • Prepare high quality business proposals, elevator pitches and presentations whenever required to boost the sales cycle.
