A)Business Operation

To Ensure all Departments namely: Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouses, Office Branches,

Accounting is functioning smoothly and strategically every day.

Requires walking round the floor to always understand the operations.

Be in action: sleeves up, hands-on, feet down.

To ensure that ad-hoc matters are always handled functionally and responsibly.

Be informed & sounded by working cohesively with staff and management towards company sets of short, mid and long term goals.

B)IT and Support

B1 - Handle & Maintaining
- SAP-Business One -IT support in areas but not limited to: working independently and/or with

external 3rd party on software & hardware server and system, troubleshooting, enhancement and upgrading.

good service / installation / upgrading office equipment but not limited to :PC, Laptop, printers, copiers, workstation and communication on break downs replacement, consolidation, migration, switching of services

good operating procedures documentations for easy references at all times.

B2 - Introduce & Recommend

new technologies with applicable budgets to increase departmental and Logistics efficiency & productivity

B3 - New Business opportunities

- work hand-in-hand with management in identifying new business opportunities enlargement.
