Description
Responsibilities:

Helpdesk Support:Respond to IT support requests from end users, either in person, via phone, or through the ticketing system. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Network Support:Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and work with the Network team to maintain a stable and secure network environment. To provide smart hand support for basic network devices installation and deployment.

IT Infrastructure Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance tasks on computer systems, servers, and other IT equipment. Keep hardware and software up to date with the latest patches and updates.
