    SCG Cell Therapy Pte Ltd is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focusing on the development of novel immunotherapies for patients with pathogenic infections and it associated cancers. Our strategy is to harness patient's immune system by redirecting cellular responses toward pathogens and its associated cancer using adoptive cell therapy, bispecific antibodies and vaccines.

    Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated and high-performing finance and admin executive/manager to support the building of sustainable and scalable finance practices for the anticipated expansion of our company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. They will be responsible for managing budgets, financial reporting, payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally, the Finance and Administration Executive/Manager will oversee administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and vendor relations. The position will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Preparation of monthly report for company and subsidiaries.
    • Monitor and manage expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
    • Manage cash flow and perform monthly accounts payable processes.
    • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
    • Assist in office management, procurement, and vendor relations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.
    • Any other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
    • Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
    • Preferable bilingual in English and Mandarin
    • Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB) and MS Office suite; experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite) preferred.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
