Events Executive (1st Sep to 31 Oct 2023)

Support the Project Manager in the following areas:

Vendor Management:

Procurement of all necessary vendors and suppliers including but not limited to Official Stand Contractor, AV, event security, gifts and collaterals, etc.

, and coordinate requirements, production and delivery Venue Management:
Coordinate exhibition halls and conference rooms set up, F&B orders etc

Manpower Management:

Procurement, training and management of all on-site temp staff Staging & Signage: Coordinate and manage all staging and signage requirements including but not limited to backdrops, entrance arch, registration area, directional signage and banners etc.
