Description

Flex Logistics is a fast growing Healthcare Supply Chain Solution startup in Singapore.

We are in the hunt for a highly driven and motivated
Business Director for our MediCourier Business Line to join our highly talented team in a
fast growing startup at the early stages of growth .

This role will

Manage the entire MediCourier Business Line from deal pursuit to execution.
Manage and is responsible for MediCourier Business Line P&L.
Develope, generate and close sales leads
Manage operational riders and enhancing existing processes

You need to be

Highly motivated, a strong self starter and able to work in an ambiguous environment in a startup
Strong communicator, both written and verbal, also able to prepare proposal for clients.
Able to identify gaps in existing sector and propose improvement ideals.
A business owner mindset who is able to eventually lead and manage entire business segment

Compensation :
Base Salary + On Target Bonus
