- Provide administrative support to senior administrative staff.
- Handle incoming calls and emails and redirect to appropriate parties.
- Maintain contact lists and databases.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings and events.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Manage office supplies and equipment.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Experience in the maritime industry or related field preferred.
