Job Role Description:
Learning and development consultant provides consultancy and advisory services on learning solutions.
He liaises and collaborates with various stakeholders to understand critical requirements so as to diagnose workplace performance gaps and evaluate learning opportunities.
He evaluates the impact of learning solutions and develops long-term implementation plans. He manages and fosters relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective, sustainable implementation.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace performance diagnosis to define learning gaps and opportunities
- Engage key stakeholders to understand overall business and performance objectives
- Propose learning solutions to drive performance improvement
- Engage stakeholders to gain buyin ahead of the implementation of learning solutions
- Develop longterm implementation plans to support sustained performance improvements
- Respond promptly and efficiently to stakeholder's requests
- Achieve sales revenue consistently
- Ensure proper documents and account receivables are timely received
- To undertake any ad hoc duties assigned by Department Head/Director/Asst Secy Gen of CCL
Requirements:
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- He/She needs to be a selfstarter, independent and creative problem solver.
- Ability to listen and proactively react to customer requests.
- Goaloriented and extremely hard working with a desire to make a measurable contribution to our success.
- Passionate for sales and engagement with customers.
